General
Our young heterozygous polled breeding bull KR Torrox Pp sire comes from Oderup Limousin, one of Swedish most known Limousine farm. His maternal grandsire is the highly regarded French AI bull GIVAY.
Torrox was born and raised in our herd. Last winter and spring he participated in a performance test for young bulls, which included also genomic testing from France, semen analysis and handling training. Among the young Limousin bulls, Torrox achieved the best results in linear assessment, genomic testing, and the feed conversion efficiency trial.
Torrox possesses exceptional genetic potential—combining fine bone structure, a wide pelvic opening, good calving ease, and excellent calving ability in his offspring. He has inherited a superb temperament from his sire, Tim, and we hope this trait will be passed on to his own progeny. We also highly value the postnatal vitality seen in Tim’s offspring.
This summer, we also tested Torrox on a group of cows within our own herd. He has performed his duties well and is now seeking new challenges in other herds.

KR Torrox’s father Tim worked in our herd three years and finished by accident. Torrox is very similar his father and this is reason why we wanted to test him in our herd.
